I 100% agree Chris. I have no idea why that was a penalty. Sometimes QB's walk into the helmet hits by lowering the heads.

I dunno much about the leg rule, but did you guys see Ray Edwards sky over his blocker and sack Stafford? Then they called it roughing the passer as Stafford had the ball in his hand and as he got hit fumbled the ball. Isn't roughing the passer after a QB throws it??? So, even if the play was a penalty the only thing the ref could call is unsportmanlike conduct for helmet to helmet, even though he clearly hit him with his shoulder.... here's the awful call

And the Browns got screwed by it last night.

Just to add to the QB discussion. I am all for protecting them against late hits and head shots but the leg rule while they have the ball is just stupid.
That leg rule is really stupid. The Ravens got screwed against the Patriots earlier this year because of it.

Happy Birthday or belated Birthday, Dave. The Jim Brown card is very nice. A sweet rookie card to have, indeed.
