I'm having a problem with trader, 23491. I see that his account is suspended. He sent money via paypal for cards so I sent him the cards. Now it seems as if he's filed a claim with Paypal and is trying to get the money back. Is this happening with other people as well?

Hey Buddy-
I have a problem with one of the traders here. He agreed to a deal and confirmed it through the trade manager and has yet to complete his end. He was suppesed to send $50 via paypal on Sat (19 July) and i have yet to receive it. He has not returned my PMs and he has been on several times making offers to other members to buy their stuff. Whats the best way to go about resolving this. Please PM me and i could give you the name. Thanks

Then I honestly don't know. I know a few other people have had similar problems, and nobody has had a solution for it.
