    From what I have seen. He tends to RTS any letters to his home address. I have success with both but the safe bet is the PO Box. I would probably include a couple buck too.

    That's what did the trick for me. I think w/out a return addy, it forces him to open the mail... he's gotta check if there's a donation inside. If there is, he signs.

    I don't know if there's actual rhyme or reason to it, but I'm glad I got him!
