I found some info on the Montana signing. Looks like he will only sign a bottle of your purchased gin

Well one of the NFL’s greatest quarterbacks is coming to Philadelphia Thursday.
After leading the San Francisco 49ers to four Super Bowls, Joe Montana will be at Wine & Spirits Store at 1218 Chestnut Ave. to sign bottles of his Aviation Gin.
From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., fans are welcomed to meet the NFL Hall of Famer for a gin tasting and have him sign their purchased bottles of Aviation Gin ($27.99).
According to the press release, the quarterback will only sign bottles of Aviation Gin at this event.
