I've got a bad feeling about this but there's nothing I can really do from here on out. Hopefully Paypal notices the package was not shipped until after the claim was escalated. I will let you guys know what comes of this. Thanks.

I am still learning, but with the additional information plainly see the seller is in the wrong. Thanks for sharing the story as we all learn. If the system works you should get a refund. Good luck and please let us know how it turns out.
