my thoughts are, the more people signing up for unemployment means the more people that need help, which reflects how poor both sides are when it comes to creating jobs, stimulating the economy, or both.

in my opinion this reflects how bad they are at budgeting and have been for a long time, it slowly snuck up and bit us in the behind!
