Okay, so I was looking through my GU cards today and found my 2005 Zenith Carlos Lee Jersey card. And I looked at the back and I see this:

"The enclosed piece of bat was cut from an Authentic bat personally used by Carlos Lee in an offical Major League Baseball game. The authentic Game-Used bat was obtained and is guarenteed by Donruss Playoff L.P."

It's a piece of white jersey. Has anyone else have something like these on back of the cards?

Scans will come as soon as I get to my scanner.

Companies are producing SOOO much it's leading to Poorer quality control.

Honestly, I don't think error cards should be worth anything. Like Meuandthelot said, so many companies are producing mass products, that errors should be as common as a 1988 Topps Gus Polidor. Example: I think the 2004 Bowman Heritage tried to sneak the whole Pedro/Victor Martinez error as an SP, but in reality they caught it too late and tried to market it. It worked...

I haven't gotten anything like that but in Football this years Topps base card of Kerry Collins has a picture of a Charger Linebacker it seems on the back of the card instead of Kerry COllins. There are lots of error cards, I think that the only ones that should relaly be considered errors are the ones like the Alex Smith mixup in this years Donruss Elite. (They mixed up the teams for the QB and TE's both named Alex Smith.

in the case of donruss zenith the z bats are a much tougher pull than the z jerseys so if i were to get a jersey instead of a bat i would send it back to donruss so they could correct the error
