Anyone esle notice how cheap the rps's from dominion are selling for?
I pulled a couturier rpa /99 out of my case of dominion and was thinking oh thats a $500 card since the cup rpa's are selling for $800+. So i did a quick search this morning a 2 cooters sold for $76 & 121 i could not believe this! I looked and the other /99's are selling like the anthology /99's im stunned.

Not surprised at all.
Value for Panini is terrible both in resale and trading. Prime is a great example. A lot of talk how people love the cards great patches etc but when it comes to putting their money out it does not happen.

Ya its really upsetting, they should of made it like last years rpas.... This just means other then the super sp and the shields theres not much rookie cards to be hopping for.

Which is stupid since 90% of Panini is nicer than 90% of UD.

Incredibly surprised. I really thought this was the year that Dominion might really edge out The Cup as far as value...but the market has proven otherwise.

Its just too many cards out there today, it seems only cards from cup that has the rookies that go for insane prices, i wonder if panini or anyone else ever will have similar market value like ud has..

Yup its really upsetting. I for one enjoy opening Panini products. Don't get me wrong I want to collect all the cup arp's as well but when I can get my pc's with a higher quality patches and sometimes cleaner autos then The cup in Prime or Dominion I'm going to especially at sometimes 1/3 the cost. I wonder when people are going to wake up and smell the coffee, The Cup is overpriced & that is one of the reasons that the resale on the ARP's are so high even for solid jokes they call patches.

Give it a few years. UD will drop, Panini will rise and they'll even out. People are leery of anything new, even if it's sort of old. Then the first year of Panini products were kind of "meh" and, well, you only get one chance at a first impression. Enjoy the low prices while they last and snap them up. When people finally turn around and realize Panini is putting out better product than UD (which I think they are right now) all of today's cheap Panini cards' value will rise with the interest in tomorrow's new cards.

This is reality. I wouldn't be waiting for "the future" for your Panini cards to rise in price like someone mentioned in here. If they are already selling for those horrible prices, who's going to start buying them and hoping they will rise mega dollars in 5 years. Dream on.
