Wayne Gretzky card - The National 1990s - HELP??

I went to The National here in Anaheim some time back in 1990s, and received a number of promo cards (Cal Ripken, Gwynn, Deion Sanders)

and this Gretzky -- see scan

1996 Collector's Choice #222

On the back of the card are his stats, but there is "SAMPLE" stamped diagonally across his stats

Anyone know what the card is worth.

looked on beckett.com online price guide, and it's not listed

About 5 bucks unless it says it's from the National on it.

I beleive it was the same card given out everywhere to promote the set.
