no problem. If you had not followed the rules the disputes team would have not been able to help you, so good job in following the rules don't worry Ed will take care of it. Daniel.

That imo is a major problem. So what happens when you got a 1000 trade MSFer trading with a new guy with absolutely 0 feedbacks. The new guy gets the absolute benefit of a doubt and power in a deal. And is considered more trustworthy than the guy whose been on the site for years getting great feedback. There's something in there that doesn't make sense.

In my opinion i think a person's "must Send first" tag should be reviewed from time to time...not just placed on them and they have it forever...this would stop a lot of the trading problems on here....and If the Mods place a "pay first/send first" tag on alot of these new members that would help too...

This is correct. No matter the amount of feedback, if a member has an MSF tag, they must send first to any other member, regardless of feedback, unless the other trader also has an MSF tag. As for the arguement for a 1000-feedback MSFer vs a 0 feedback newbie, well, is it flawless? No. But, use common sense. If that was a situation, the 1000-feedback member should take that into consideration prior to making the deal. The system that's in place now is as close to perfect as it can possibly be, for now at least. With the amount of transactions that take place on SCF, there are sure very few disputes filed in contrast, so something must be working!
