I know, right? Serious slacking going on here. It was a neat month, and I was really surprised at all the variety I received. Any time I can pick up a 2004 Topps Chrome Black Refractor, I'm on it. This one was $5.99 dlvd from ebay. I used to pay $20-25 at least for them. Oh how times have changed.

    Pretty nice update this month!

    I agree! Thanks!

Well, last month was great! This month... not so great. Made a nice trade on here for a few of his cards, and picked up another tough one, but it slowed to a trickle in March. Oh well... Some months are feast, and some months are famine. This was not a feast.

    The MARCH update!

    The totals:

7 cards added March 2012. (3,249 total) I am now 751 cards away from 4,000.

6 different cards added March 2012.

5 RC cards added March 2012.

2 serial numbered cards added March 2012.

1 serial numbered RC card added March 2012.

    HIGHLIGHTS:
One rare one highlights this magnificent seven:

2004 Upper Deck Foundations Rookie Foundations Exclusive Gold /100

Just for fun, here are the other 6 cards I picked up this month:

Two Bowman RCs, and one each of his SP Authentic RC /1199, Topps Chrome RC, Upper Deck RC, and Upper Deck Diamond All-Star Promo. Woot.

    MILESTONES:

    Nada.

Last month I said I was inching closer. I lied, sorry. This was inching. See you in APRIL!

I'm going to make this, the APRIL update, short and sweet.

Picked up one, yes, ONE card this month. It was a nice one, /100, but it was also the only one. Most months, in fact every other month than this one, that would be not just a bad month, but the worst.

    HOWEVER...

I was also able to pick up an item that I had never even seen before, and only kinda knew even existed. It cost me $20, but for something new, it was worth every penny.

This is the 2010 DAV (Disabled American Veterans) Matt Ware:

I only knew of a 2008 version before this one. There may also be 2007 and 2009 versions, but I have never seen these anywhere other than two small and unknowing sellers on ebay. Can't even find a checklist, or a web site listing them, NOTHING.

The other nice thing about last month was that the lone card I did receive was card #3,250, a rather nice and tidy milestone. So there's that too.

As I am a few days late in updating, I can share that I have already equaled last month's "haul", and I am looking forward to some great adds in May!

Ok, folks. Time for the May update. Not a whole lot on the Matt Ware front this month, but the month as a whole was spectacular. See HERE for what I am talking about.

On the Matt Ware front, 11 cards total. Two tougher ones, one RC I don't see a whole lot, and one came really beat up. Oh well.

    The MAY update!

    The totals:

11 cards added May 2012. (3,261 total) I am now 739 cards away from 4,000.

9 different cards added May 2012.

9 RC cards added May 2012.

10 serial numbered cards added May 2012.

8 serial numbered RC cards added March 2012.

    HIGHLIGHTS:
Two rare ones of the eleven total:

2004 Leaf Rookies and Stars Longevity Black /50
    2004 Reflections Red /100

Also picked up another 2004 Playoff Honors RC /425. These are some of my favorite looking cards of his.

    MILESTONES:

    Nothing to see here.

A better month this month, as I hit double digits for the first time in a while. June already looks good, as I have a handful already on the way! See you then!
