Mo Williams makes more than Udrih. That rumor makes literally zero sense for the Kings. Mo Williams + $1-2mm more in salary isn't worth #5 and Udrih. There are a number of teams that would offer substantially more for the #5 pick if Cousins is available than that.

Just for example, I'm pretty sure the T'Wolves would give up Love+ for #5 and the Thunder would give up some combo of player/s (Green, Collison-expiring, Krstic-expiring) and draft picks (#21, #26, #32) for the #5 and they might be willing to take salary back in addition.

Ya I hear ya. What I just don't really get is the move to pick up Dalembert if they're gonna target someone like Monroe/Cousins with the 5th pick Seems like they just wanted to get rid of Hawes lol.

I'm a huge Utah Jazz fan (though I only collect D-Will cards). We have the Knicks #9. Should be interesting. This should be a super fun draft, and it's rather deep.

The Kings just wanted to rid themselves of Nocioni, and Dalembert expires at the end of the season. Sets them up to potentially be players in free agency next season. Depends on how much they spend this offseason.

Ha. All the mocks list Utah drafting different players - mainly Aldrich, Davis, they had listed Monroe (but he's moving up), and Aminu. Some drafts claimed Whiteside, but he's dropped out of the lottery in a lot of the mock drafts. Should be super interesting to see what happens after the first six picks...

I've heard rumors that Chris Paul may be traded to the Nets for Harris and the #3 pick...also have heard that the Wolves might want to move up to #3...and a few other things that I can't remember right off hand.

Oh, and if a trade happens, Minnesota would trade Al Jefferson before Kevin Love.

Wizards draft Wall, now we finally have a point guard. I'd like to see what happens with their pick from cleveland and the early 2nd.

I heart Sam Presti. He got #32 and Etan Thomas from MIN for Damien Wilkens and Chucky Atkins last year. The salaries were pretty close and all expiring. He just traded #32 for #18 and Daequan Cook. Adds about $3-4mm to the Thunder payroll. So basically we got #18, Daequan Cook, and Etan Thomas for Damien Wilkins and Chucky Atkins. Very excite.
