As the Spectrum nears a date with the wrecking ball, Comcast-Spectacor will begin selling items from inside the legendary arena via auction at RememberTheSpectrum.com, beginning on Friday, October 8 at 9 a.m. and concluding on Sunday, October 17 at 9 p.m.

A final, one-day, on-site sale of any unsold remaining auction items and building assets will take place at the Spectrum on Tuesday, October 19 at 10:30 a.m.
Items include memorabilia, jerseys, photos, plaques, posters, banners, flags, letters, glass doors, neon signs, goalie nets, basketball nets, seating and directional signs, team mirrors, player benches and lockers and more.
In addition to these items, a pair of permanent Spectrum seats can be reserved for $395 while a single seat can be reserved for $295. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Comcast-Spectacor Foundation.

“The Spectrum will live forever,” said Comcast-Spectacor President Peter Luukko. “Our fans can keep the Spectrum going in their home, their office, or any other place they would like by owning some very unique items from the Spectrum.”
Pieces of the basketball court used by the Sixers can be had for $39.95 (3-inch by 5-inch piece) or $69.95 (10-inch by 10-inch).
Demolition of the Spectrum, which will commence in November with the dismantling of the interior, will make way for Philly Live, a new retail, restaurant, and entertainment district.
Comcast-Spectacor Foundation (comcastspectacorfoundation.org) is the charitable arm of the Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm Comcast-Spectacor.
