Here's what I got so far. Sent out to a ton of teams. Got back these:
Panthers - 8x10 Steven Davis Auto (preprint), team photo, cheerleader photos, pocket schedules
Eagles - Championship game towel, Superbowl button, team photo, stickers
Colts - Stickers, team photo, pen

What do you do to request these "fan Packs"? Where do you find the adresses to these places?

Just contact the team from their website & ask if they are sending out fan packs.

im going down the list now, sending emails for Fan Packs
completed the entire AFC
The Titans dont list any email address, so I sent one to advertising just to be a jerk.
The Dolphins dont accept email requests
Fan Packs and Pocket Schedules

The Steelers dont accept email requests

OK i have sent an email to every team requesting a fan pack. In the NFC the Packers and Falcons dont have obvious email addys, so I had to send to Webmaster. The Bears site says they dont have Fan Packs, but I emailed them anyway. Some teams have replied back that I will be getting a fan pack.....Browns, Seahawks
Ill let you know what I get
