Autographs through the mail. need help
I have never done this before but I want to start. But I have some questions for those who have done it before.
What do you usually send the card in? regular envelope? bubblemailer?
Do you send it in sleeve and topoader and expect the signer to take it out and put it back in?
Do you include a note? what do you usually say?
Any tips or help would be appreciated.
thanks in advance.

use a plain white envelope and write a written letter about how big of a fan you are and ask for an autograph. Thats all I do.

No bubble mailer, just a regular envelope. Do not send in protective or hard covers either. Yes please do write a letter asking for an autograph. You also should add another envelope addressed to you and stamped as well for the player to mail it back in. Best of luck!

i take a card binder page- one of those 9 per sheet type plastic ones, and cut it into 9 individual sleeves and I use them to package my cards. I have had bad experiences just mailing loose cards.
Always write a letter, and use a regular envelope. If you don't have 2 different size envelopes, fold up the self addressed one inside the other one.

As an aside don't send to that address above. He sends you a cannot sign letter.
I have a request in to him at home (he lives across the street from me).
