I would like to purchase this card but it's like 10.43$ + 3.34$ for shipping in Canada

With their new shipping fees, it seems like the USA/Ebay sellers aren't very interested in selling goods outside the country anymore, like the economy was already too good for that...

So, like probably a lot of people in Canada, I'm not buying from the US anymore but I would still need that card. So if I can find somebody to help me with that, I would compensate.
