Are you sure you have the Color part selected in the Layers palette. And is the Hue-Saturation box opening.

Then make sure the box by preview is checked And move the slider by HUE: to the left and the color should change.

well when i click the SCF template color on the layers screen it doesnt have an option so i click the color part on the card and i try and it doesnt work
