I like the live Smackdown idea but I never was really into the whole brand split thing. Maybe it is because I never watched when it happened but I always thought it was dumb. Do they even have a deep enough roster now to do it again?

I suspect there will be more NXT callups to help with the brand split.

But I too never liked the brand split idea.

there is some weird NXT event on wed night on wwe network, that could be the end of that brand and the call up of all those guys

I think so because there is a lot of talent in NXT and NXT takeover Wednesday is called The End also ticketmaster took down ticket options for NXT at Barclays center in August. This might be the end of NXT if they call up most of the talent Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, American Alpha, Bailey, Carmella, Nia Jax, Sampson, Nakamura and the revival. My biggest concern is three hour shows with less half the talent per show(should be two hours). Also i feel like the smackdown championship will be belittled compared to the WWE title( i assume roman stays on Raw).

All I want to know is how much Vinny Mac is getting for okaying Brock to go back for a match. And I want to know what his contingency plan is if A) Brock suffers an injury bad enough that would cause him to miss SummerSlam and B) what if Brock loses?

He is probably getting a nice payout along with Brock. And I have to wonder if Brock is getting enough from this fight that he will just call it quits when his contract with the WWE is up. He doesn't seem to be the kind of guy who will be hanging out the ring forever.
