    Nice work....I'm a fan of simpler banners like yours myself, compared to ones that are too busy.

    Also a fan of banners with the word dynasty in them.

    I'll give you my honest opinion:

    I'd use a glow on the cut-out of Peyton. It adds more pop to the image.

    The border on the whole banner isn't bad, but I wouldn't use it with the angle effect you have on the solid blue background.

    As for the solid blue background, add another layer and change the opacity so it looks faded in the background. It adds more to the banner, while plain is nice sometimes, adding a little more can still make it look better.
