Just abit of history about Johnson, the year he was drafted, in went in the 2nd round, 1st pick, this was very high for an enforcer, I had a young fella who played with Newmarket, named Rob Guinn, who was killed in the US by a drunk driver, but when Newmarket went to Peterboroug, Johnson skated by the Newmarket bench and he pointed to Rob and said your mine next shift, Rob goes out and Johnson and him have a great fight, Rob got 7 stitches and alot respect from Johnson, that year Rob was a rookie who was staying with us, he came from Nepean and played on the same team Steve Yzerman played on.

Thanks for the great story, I had the privilege of meeting Matt a few times and know his parents and brother quite well. Thats why I decided to go after his cards, they are tough to track down though as they are probably mostly sitting in common bins, managed to pick up a jersey card last off the bay, I'm guessing a set collector was up against me, I paid a lot more for it than I do for most of my Ovechkin cards
