I'm doing it right now. Got it for Xmas. Starting week 3 tomorrow. It's very intense and tough but a great workout!
Hidden Content - use the drop down box at the top left to view all my other albums

I went through the program. It is an intense workout. My biggest issue was the time. It is a 6 day program with the option for a seventh day. I completed the first two blocks in full, but ended up modifying the final block simply because of time.

Yeah it's really tough to keep up with them on the DVD. It's a total of about 330 moves in 15 or so minutes. The more you do it the better it gets so do your best and forget the rest!!! Haha.

Def a lot of positive response... commitment is key of course as in any exercise routine and if ANYONE is completed through it I would like any PM from you IF you are willing to sell you DVD set.
Still though looking to read any more words of this as so far it really seems to be worth it... your thoughts?

On week 4 now which is the recovery week before jumping into phase two. There is no lifting involved this week, just yoga, stretching, and core work. These are the things I struggle with the most but honestly my flexibility has already improved over the first few weeks. Kenpo is by far the most fun exercise I've done so far.
