While maybe not the super high-end FA deal some may have hoped for, these signings really help the young team. I haven't been this excited about 2 1-year deal signings since...heck, I can't even remember lol!

Solid moves by Armstrong IMHO.

Blue Jacket signed career Islander defenseman Radek Martinek to a one year, $2.2 million deal...Definitely like this signing as well. Another smart veteran to man the blue line and allow John Moore to keep developing...
