I have collected Stan Musial for a long time. For a couple of years, I've been doing daily searches on eBay to make sure I'm not missing any deals or super rare items. A couple days ago I came across this.

I've never seen anything like it. I was wondering if anyone knew what it is exactly. If you could give me more info, that would be great. It says original HOF?? so I assume the seller doesn't know much about it either. I just want to know if it is worth the $30 it costs to ship. Thanks.
