    I was more than slightly ticked off at the phillies, but they've really impressed me with their customer service.

    I ordered an admission package for the phestival, so 2 autos and an admission. It arrives and there's only 1 auto ticket, #12.

    I call and tell them I'm short a ticket and the only one I got was #12. the lady must have misheard because a week later I got ANOTHER #12 in the mail. I call back, get the manager of the phillies charity events. She's very nice and says she will send me 2 non-12 tickets for my trouble.

    Really impressed. Hoping I get somebody good, but at least I have extras for trade.

    I figured with 1000s going they'd tell me to go fly a kite, especially since they had only my word to go on...

    not sure where to post this question but i am sure you guys can help. I am going to start collecting autos on jerseys. what is the best pen/marker to use that will sign well and not fade or bleed over time?

    Depends on the color on the jerswy and number. I use silver decos, and if it needs black I use black sharpie or black paint pen. Haven't had any issues to date. Just make sure the paint pens are prepped.

    If a paint pen isn't prepped, it won't sign. The "paint" needs to flow to the tip to sign correctly. Just needs shaken a few times if its a used one. Just don't shake them to much or you'll get to much ink to come out.
