Vick is doing a free signing tomorrow i think at Modells. I don't know the exact details but he posted on his facebook page.

"Hey Philly.. huge announcement tomorrow at Modells Sporting Goods. Come to the Cottman Avenue store @ 12pm or the Snyder Avenue store @ 5pm."

and then commented he will be signing autographs on the Snyder Ave store at 5pm. Usually these things have to spend a certain amount. but nothing was said so it might be a free signing.

Here is the link. He will only be signing at the Snyder Ave store at 5pm. It is the first 150 people lined up will get a player card of vick signed. So no outside memorabila.

Yea you have to get there early afternoon because what most people do is bring like their whole family. And don't expect a word from him either. He is very rude and arrogant. Basically just signs and that is it.
