    Cool Need Help with a Recipe!!!!!!!!

    Hey guys

    So, Im making a recipe tonight that has plum jam. I don't have that. I only have strawberry jam. Do you guys think I could use the strawberry jam and sprinkle lemon juice to give it that sweet and sour taste?

    Sounds like a plan to me,what are you making,and what time should I be over.Some of my best meals have been served using improvisation,I'm sure it will come out fine.
    Do something nice for someone everyday, it will pay off in the long run.

    yeah, definitely. I'm making duck, and the plum Jam is for the sauce :)
    Iv haven't made it yet since I was waiting for the duck to thaw yesterday..
