If it was unfounded then they will regret it. However, it appears that she was kicked for making a scene and not for kissing.
A discussion followed on the flight, and the airline said it "escalated to a level that was better resolved on the ground."
It sounds to me like she and her friend were making out and were asked by the attendant to cool it off and got irrate over being "singled out" and the airline sent them packing. So it sounds to me like they were booted for their reaction to being asked to take it down a notch, not for kissing.

did they kiss or where they making out? I can see where people could be put off if they were making out, but the article doesn't really say what sort of "kiss" it was. It also looks to be that the reason she was booted was because an argument happened due to the discussion of kissing.

I think that the airlin on this one is going to end up winning. People need to rememebr that there are also kids on airplanes. If it is only a kiss am sure that the airline/passengers are not going to make a big deal out of this. Will like to see the outcome of this one.

Not enough details to form an opinion.

Anyone would be kicked off the plane for trying to be a member of the mile-high club . There are more serious issues facing the country .

when did kissing equal anything close to trying to be a member of the mile high club?
Like I said before I don't think article gives enough info about the "kissing" to form an educated opinion. At this point everyone is using their definition of "kissing" to define where they stand on the topic.

it isn't so much using their definition of kissing as it is deciding whose side of the story you believe.
