Yep the Mariners look like they don't need Ichiro,and neither do the Yankees for that matter,not a bad pickup for the cost,but still not helping them much.

Onto the avatar,The Red Sox are still winless since I've had it,which will come first a 3 game Yankees winning streak,or a Sox win,thinking a Sox win but the avatar will stay for at least 3 more games.

AJ Burnett is 14-3 with a 3.19 ERA so far with the Pirates

6-2 win today Garcia and the bullpen did their job and Ibanez was the hitting star.Well the Red Sox won a game so the avatar finally has its first win.As for Burnett I'm happy for him just wish.he could've pitched that good in pinstripes.

I agree. I liked Burnett even though he did not pitch so well for the Yankees. He seemed like a nice player but just couldn't get it done here.
