Things definitely aren't looking good in Beantown right now that's for sure Steve. But, don't count us out until it's mathematically impossible. If anyone should know that, it should be a Yankee fan! I will agree that Kuroda did pitch a beauty though....4 hits through 8 innings is something we haven't seen from Beckett all season.

Beckett didn't pitch bad last night,he worked his way out of some jams nicely,too bad the bats couldn't give him any run support,much like the Yankees the day before.

Ichiro batting .322 since joining the Yankees, tops on the team and just ahead of Brett Gardner and Derek Jeter.

Was looking okay until Girardi started playing musical pitchers,chalk this one up as a loss because whenever he tries to manage they lose,Joe just sit in the dugout relax and let things happen.4-3 White Sox in the bottom of the 5th,might be worse by the time I'm done typing.

Okay Joe 4 more innings,the offense was kind enough to get you the lead back 6-5 after the top of the 6th,think you can find any other ways to blow this one,you've still got 4 more pitchers in the bullpen to use.

Well that lead was shortlived,Joba just gave up a home run to Gordon Beckham,please take him out now before it gets any worse and for that matter shut him down for the season,they were doing better without him.

Face it the bullpen stinks tonight,Boone Logan just gave up a 2 run homer to Alexei Ramirez 8-6 White Sox with 2 outs in the bottom of the 7th,not looking good.

And the Carnage is over 9-6 loss,thanks to a bad outing by Garcia and everybody else Girardi threw in there,on the bright side 4 more hits for the Captain,and here is how this one ended,Girardi put up a pinch hitter for Chris Stewart,guess who,that's right none other than Russell Martin,he of the .193 batting average enough said.
