    Pat Hughes the radio voice of Cubs radio broadcast and of WGN of Chicago would like to proudly announce a new voice is added to ever popular CDs series of Baseball Announcers that are in the Hall of Fame with the latest installment of Russ Hodges and Lon Simmons voices of the Giants. These great announcers join the series of the likes of Harry Carey,Jack Buck,Marty Brennanman,Red Barber,Harry Kalas,Bob Uecker,Milo Hamilton,Dave Neihaus,Bob Prince,Ron Santo. I am telling you this if you like to hear all-time great calls from some of the best of the business when it comes to baseball play by play these CDs are great to listen to especially on those long winter nights and love to hear even if a great call from these great announcers from Harry Careys 'Holy Cows!!!!' to Harry Kalas calling a home run by legendary 'Michael Jack Schmidt........' and hear Bob Uecker talk about how he in the movie 'Major League' adlibbed the famous 'Juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust a bit outside call' when producers heard him do it they wanted to delete it from the movie but kept it cause well it just how Bob would have called a Brewers game if a pitcher got that wild.     Every year Pat produces and narrates one of these great announcers to recapture baseball in its glory. So check them out. As for other future announcers he has plains for Vin Scully for 2014 and Ernie Harwell down the road how do I know this I've asked Pat via email who might be appear on them and this what he told me for the 2012 Holiday season.
