I would file now, but did you pay through Paypal? I know Paypal won't do anything if you pay as "GIFT". Atleast filing a claim will get a response from the seller.

I DO NOT pay through "gift." I've gotten responses from him he's just a lazy -insert something-. He told me today that he'll send them out before work. I told him i wanted a DC number for reference...
