I know that we all banter and pick with each other on here but I would think that regardless of our different views we can all agree this this story is disgusting and whoever did this to this little girl should be tourtured and set on fire.

I think the person who did this should be given to the family of the little girl. If the family doesn't want to take care of it then I support your idea.

There was a case on banned from tv several years ago in one of the latino countries where a man was accused of raping kids. He was captured but the citizens, stripped down to his drawers, beaten and set on fire. I can't recall what country that it happened in but I like how they handle business.

My Buddy does all the carpet work at River Ridge Apts. where this happened . He has been questioned by the police and investigators , because he has access to all vacant apts. by master key and he also lives there . This is a sad and disgusting story and when they catch this guy he should be castrated in the public square .
