Due to a recent incident it has become necessary to state what should be obvious to most. As traders on this site we gain access to information about other people on the site. The improper use of this information to harass someone, be it via snail-mail, email or phone, is strictly prohibited. While no rule specifically addressing this exist, it should not need to.

Anyone using information acquired on this site to harass another member will receive a swift and harsh response that may include a ban from the site.

Note that this also applies to getting information from someone who has traded with the person that you are targeting. Also the person giving the information out will be held just as accountable as the one doing the harassing.

This is a zero-tolerance issue. Warnings will not be issued.
