Rookie cards

I have 0ver 90 different soccer card sets just wondering if anyone has a rookie card list for all the top world stars and former stars. For example Ronaldo rookie card is panini euro 96, and J.klinnsman rookie is score Italian 92 can anyone help.

What is the definition of a rookie Card?
Just the very first card released? Or all Cards of first year?

A good source for checklists sorted by players would be very useful,
does anybody an idea where to find?

I worked up a list of rookie cards of players from this Top 50 players of the 20th Century from list: http://www.englandfootballonline.com/TeamHons/HonsWldSocPlyrsCent.html. I made the list primarily by watching ebay, so it’s not gospel, corrections are appreciated!
