Probably my favorite Success so far, not just for 2012 but for all my time collecting in general.

Mickey Ward, AKA The Fighter. I sent him my Allen and Ginter card a few days ago along with my normal 4-5 question letter that I send to everybody I write to. Not only did he sign "Irish Mickey Ward The Fighter" but he also took the time out to answer my questions, along with telling me that the rumors were true and that there will be a Fighter 2 to focus around his epic bouts with Gotti.

I will place up pictures when I can, but IF ANYBODY has a card or a question, take the time to write to him. Nice man, great success to end my drought.

No cards back from ST today, but I did get back my card from NBA HOF'er Jerry West. Nice stuff!

I was at the Knicks vs. Cavs game the other night and saw some folks signing, but unfortunately I wasn't anywhere near able to get some autos, but it's cool to see someone who did when they were in Cleveland. Congrats!

Another auto came in last night. This one was Taylor Griffin, brother of Blake Griffin and currently a player on the D-League Dakota Wizards. Not a big name, but still kinda cool.

Just as an overall update, I am at college right now and do not have any form of a scanner. Expect major updates and pics once i get home for Spring Break. WWWYKI

Went to the D-League Canton Charge vs. Maine Red Claws (Seriously, why aren't you just called Lobsters, save us some trouble) game today and picked up some cool stuff.

First off, two former NBA players are now the assistant head coaches. One was Donyell Marshall, the other was Ira Newble.

Also there tonight was 2 NBA players sent down by the Cleveland Cavaliers, Luke Harangody & Christian Eyenga. There's 4 more to this years total!
