First the failure, Tom Coughlin. Sent back my S.B. 8x10 previously signed by T. Flores & G. Seifert with note saying, "coach Coughlin will only personalize." However, LOL - he kept both my new style CICs which can easily be personalized. Some guys just have too tight a butt... But, at least I got my 8x10 back!!!!
