that's what I was thinking, but it does have some wear. Might prove to be a long sale though. Hopefully I have a spot to hang it in the garage that is out of the way. it's huge.

yeah, a lot of water foul and protected and taxidermy can get you in trouble. Birds of prey fall in to that realm too.

On Saturday I went through a 3 for $1 book box and picked up a 1915 first edition Nellie McClung book, a Time Life book on railroads and a Pierre Berton coffetable book. Then went and pick up a nice vintage hand drill to lot up with my other nice vintage hand drill. Then went and got 50 American Geographical Society country programs from a free bin. Not a bad day.

Does anyone here know more than I do about Avon? I picked up a baseball themed beer stein. The thing about it is there are tons of copies out there, but all from 1984. Mine is from 1985. Being identitical to the 84, would the 85 be worth a premium, as it's seemingly rare?

I don't know a ton about avon, but I just usually see the cologne bottles and know to stay away.

My experience Avon steins are overproduced but still collectible. All the baseball on the Bay are 84 you might have a proto type or salesman type find. They generally sell for $2 to $30 depending on the buyer.Very wide range
