Did the Pirates today. For some reason they opened the gates 30 minutes early, so I didn't have a great spot by the dugout. Missed Clint Barmes as he signed before I got down to the dugout. Missed Garrett Jones, Neil Walker and Yamico Navarro as well.

    Here's what I did get.

    Jeff Banister

    Clint Hurdle

and for my Gypsy Queen set, Casey McGehee

Next game is June 2nd against the Yankees. Would it even be worth it to try them? I can't imagine they sign well at all.

7 different guys signed, so I'd say they were a solid group. No clue how the Cubs would be though.

Went to see Tigers vs Yankees Saturday and Sunday. Didn't try for Autographs (and from seeing the amount of people trying, I'm glad I didn't try). After watching Miguel Cabrera put on a show Saturday night, I watched an awful pitcher Sunday look like Pedro Martinez, oh well.

I did get to the game in time to see the Magglio Ordonez retirement ceremony though, which was very cool. On the way out of the game, they were giving away copys of the Ordonez painting that was made for the ceremony. It's from his walkoff homer in the 06 ALCS to send the Tigers to the world series.

Did the Indians last night. On top of watching another terrible pitcher throw a gem, it was a bad night for graphing.

Kipnis signed, but the dealers were animals and while they got multiples, I wasn't able to get my card signed. Masterson signed at the end of BP, but all the dealers ran over to the other side of the dugout, so didn't even bother trying. Was pretty ridiculous seeing grown men run all over the place, and push over little kids, but I guess the $10 they'll make on ebay is worth it?

On top of that, if a guy wouldn't sign, they'd start ripping him, because that'll make them want to sign of course.

Ended up getting only one, but it turned out nice.

I didn't end up doing the Rockies, but did the Cardinals tonight.

David Freese and Matt Adams signed, but only for a few people each.

Here's what I ended up with

Carlos Beltran; He was very friendly and took about 5-10 minutes to sign, nice addition towards my set!

    Then the big one.

Mark McGwire; as a season ticket holder, I was able to get in early tonight, and down to the dugout 10 minutes before normal ticket buyers, there was only 4 of us there when McGwire was sitting in the dugout before BP. He even had his own pen, and had us throw our Baseballs to him to sign them. He didn't sweet spot, but I was happy with where he signed, and was pretty excited.

I got this ball in a contest on twitter last postseason, and had been saving it for this series with the Cardinals.

Next game I'll be graphing is the Twins on July 3rd
