On those oddballs (really just recent customs sold on eBay), our best bet would probably to ask the seller(s) if they have a checklist. I've asked a few times, but they tend to get coy if you insinuate that they are the creators of the cards and start giving vague answers. There are a lot of other similar customs out there. I compiled this list of ebay sellers that I think are all the same person, selling multiple types of those cards:

Also, the Tobacco Classics Mini I couldnt find a year but here are a ton of them on ebay.
The set is not only hockey players and is #ed /10 on the back.
Same thing goes for the "Spot the Winner" Mini.
This one is not numbered but the JR is #32 in the set of 100
Looking forward to add these to the PC
