question about "best Offers"

I just got a question from someone about the CC store setup:

This user made an offer on a Reggie Jackson card (I'm assuming this one):

The Cc was deducted from their account after they made the offer.

How will they know if the seller accepts their bid?

when you make a offer a text is dsplayed explaining it but most persopn do not take time to read things. The offer is simple. They expire 48 hrs after being submited or when rejected by the seller. Now you need to visit the item page or My store tab for the refund to be issued once the 48 hrs are passed. This is the trigger that issue the refund for the one that submit a offer. When a seller reject a offer the refund is imediate and the person do receive a PM notice in all case.

If accepted the the sale go thrue like any other sale and a trade is created with payment made like all other sales.
