help with a cut please
can someone cut bill ferrario #63 out of this pic. he wants me to make a card for him since he has never had one published by any of the card manufacturers. this is his own personal pic from schoolofthe legends.com. he emailed me a few to use but i like this one the most. if anyone can help me, i would be grateful. thanks!

I mean do you zoom in and delete pixel by pixel all the way around the player, or use a color selector tool, or something else?
