    PWE question

Ive never really shipped PWE before. I do have a lot of very low end autos and numbered stuff (nothing thick of course) and was going to buy a book of stamps so I can start moving this stuff. My question is, how many stamps is good on 1 card shipped in a top loader?

1 single card in a toploader usually weighs between 0.7-0.9 ounces, which is just one stamp.

1 Stamp normally suffices. However, some stations (sending or receiving) will tack on a non-machinable charge of .20. If that's the case, it will be returned to sender for additional postage.

would using 2 stamps eliminate that problem you think?

Yes...but I would just send 1 and take the chance as most stations do not charge this fee. I have only been charged once (sending to Rhode Island) in three years.
