If ur hungry & want somethin' new...TJ's Masterpiece!!
HASH BROWN PIZZA
2 lbs hamburger
About 30 oz hash browns--thawed
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese(depending on what I have on hand, I use 5-6 cups)
1 can cheddar cheese soup--undiluted
1 14 oz jar pizza sauce
1 large onion--chopped
2 green peppers
1 can mushroom stems & pieces
1/2 tsp of salt & pepper
--Mix hash browns, egg, soup, salt, pepper
--spread mixture into a greased cake pan
--Bake @ 400 for 25 min
--Meanwhile...add onion, mushrooms, green peppers to hamburger--fry mixture...drain
--Stir in pizza sauce afterwards.
--After potatoes are done, sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheese on top
--Pour meat mixture over cheese
--Sprinkle 2 more cups of cheese over mixture
--Bake for 10 more min
MAKE SURE U HAVE SWEATS ON(or somethin' elastic cuz you'll want more than 1 piece!!
If u wear pants, this will happen:
1)Button pops off & pokes someone's eye out
2)One missin' an eye gets taken to ER while others are drunk & cryin' in laughter
3)Those drunk wet themselves
4)They look for new shorts, but can't find any.
5)One in hospital's forgotten about & is on eye transplant list.
6)List is too lengthy, so he returns home.
So let this be a lesson!!!
It IS quite healthy(veggies & cheese, etc), but if u don't dress properly...
ur vision will be impaired & may take more than u can eat!!!
Oh well...taste great next day, too!!!
