Did you expect a 'guilty' plea?

so how do you proceed on something like this.

a drug dealer eludes the police by going in his house, locking the door, going upstairs into the bathroom, and begins to flush his drugs.

the cops chase him there, he falls into the bathtub, maybe his hand was in his waistband grabbing so more dope, cop thinks he has a gun in there and shots him once.

certainly the police cant break down anybody's door, and shot people. but did they not have a reason to enter? a drug dealer hiding from the police with his hand in his waistband equals big trouble. i would expect to get shot in that situation, but, then again, i wouldn't get myself into it in the first place.

On one hand its a shame a life was taken on the other hand I have little sympathy for any drug dealer, its not like he was an innocent bystander, they are some of the worst kind of scum in this society.

yet you seem to have a lot of sympathy for Trayvon, who was either smoking and/or selling drugs

First you have absolute proof of him doing this that night ( you can respond in the proper thread)

    as well

My issue with that is that while Martins past plays a huge part of it all, the fact that Zimmerman has in the past assaulted police officers and other violent things yet they are not supposed to factor into the case.. And Zimmerman for the 3rd time Commits a violent felony and his judge daddy cannot save him now .... Now back to this issue.....

How was this police officer suppose to know whose home this guy ran into? The cop had every right to break down the door chasing a fleeing suspect. For all he knows the suspect was entering into a house that he did not belong to take a hostage or cut through the house to sneak out the back and get away.

I think the cop acted the way we has trained. He had every right to shoot to protect himself.
