I am new to NPN and need help

So I was looking through all the NPN and I didn't get how people get the cards. I know you send a envelope and and index card with your name and address. So do you send it to the company or what do you do. I really need you guys help. Could one of you guys please make a video or tell me address to send the NPN to.

Yeah you are basically sending the request back to the company to an address that the company you are requesting controls. As long as that product has an NPN program most addresses are on the back of newly released products pack of cards. You don't automatically get anything in return though. The rest is pretty much as you stated pretty simple process.
