    APC Postage

Not really chit-chat/off-topic as most of us trade and ship, but don't know where to put a topic of general interest.

Anyone have issues with APC? It seems hinky to me, and my results are mixed. Last week, I sent out two packages with APC postage, and no problem. Good feedback here and on eBay. Cost $1.10 for each. Earlier this week, sent two more. One came up $1.10, the other $0.90. I thought that was weird, the lady at the PO said it was good to go, I mailed them. Both came back to me for $0.85 additional postage. A few weeks ago, I got two $1.10 packages returned for postage, but I just ripped the RTS sticker off and put them back in my mailbox and they went through fine the second time.

The word of the day is RIGID. Toploader with a blank next to it is rigid, making a large envelope letter ($1.10-ish) into a parcel ($1.95-ish).
