You know, I'm not much for negative advertising, but I'm not sure why the Obama camp has made such a huge deal out of Bain Capital. John Kerry got CRUSHED by Republicans in '04 for being a flip-flopper. Mitt may actually be a BIGGER flip-flopper than Kerry was, so I'm not sure why Obama hasn't gone this route. Or for that matter, attack Mitt's Republican street cred. Mitt is probably the most centrist Republican Presidential candidate in a while, and this is all going on during a time where the Republican party has tacked hard to the right. So why not get him there?

John Kerry lost because he has zero personality. Same with Gore and Dole. Romney doesn't really have a personality either. He's like your grandpa's religious neighbour who comes over for coffee.
Obama has personality, Bush has personality, Clinton has personality. That's why they won. The only odd one is McCain. He had too much personality.

Republicans will always vote Republican, Democrats will always vote Democrat. Those "undecideds" vote 90% on personality. Based on that theory, I just can't see Romney winning this. I also can't see a US President named Mitt...but I was skeptical of a President named Barrack, so what do I know,
