Press Pass Sell Sheet
The standard sized cards of the 50 card base set feature a full color picture of the driver super-imposed on a white background. The cards are bordered with a gray-scale graphic on the sides and a black graphic on the bottom. The fronts are trimmed with red foil along the bottom of the card with the set name. The card backs look graphically similar to the fronts. There is a color picture of the driver’s car and list moderate career highlights.
What I Pulled:
20 unique cards
11 base set cards = 11/50 = 22% of the base set
3 inserts
2 serial numbered parallels
2 serial numbered relic cards
1 serial numbered autograph
1 serial numbered auto relic
Base card front and back:

Inserts and parallels:
Gold #/99 Gordon, Bush
RPM Busch
Performance Driven Gordon
Intensity Gordon

The Hits:
Richard Childress Red auto #/25
Trevor Bayne Auto relic #/50
Triple relic Dale Jr. #/50
Three color patch Danica Patrick 1/1

2012 Press Pass Redline is a high-end product that did not disappoint. I love the simple and clean design. The inserts and parallels will be fun to chase. The hits are unreal! It should be easy to flip cards out of Redline. For being loose packs inside a tin I was surprised how good the card condition is. The quality and design is top notch. The only drawback is that I do not recommend Redline for set builders.
The Bottom Line:
I give 2012 Press Pass Redline a buy rating. Completing the base set will be expensive. The hits are amazing! As with any high end product the hits are where it is at and Redline hits are sure to please! Buy a tin and trade your Dale Jr. cards to me!
The Final Score:
Final Ratings (Out of 5):
Base set collect-ability: 1/5
Big-hit Hunter: 5/5
Prospector Hunter: NA
Overall Design: 5/5
Fun: 5/5
Value: 4/5
Re-buy: 4/5
Overall Quality: 5/5
Overall: 29/35 (83% = B)
Press Pass sent me this box to review for Full Spectrum Baseball. I am also offering base cards to members here for a SASE.
Thanks to Press Pass for making this review possible!
