The replacements were great! The Gretzky Shadow box is a great card and the Ice Giroux Patch /10 is highly desireable set and if memory serves me right, they were once redemptions

I'd say that they definitely made good on that replacement. I know that nothing can truly replace that 1/1 for the PC but wow to get an Ice Patch /10 (let's see that bad boy!) and a Gretzky Shadowbox auto I'd say makes up for some of the pain eh?

I think there was a forum member who posted on the Buying/Selling forum that he would pay a lot for the Giroux Ice auto patch to 10, might want to check through there just in case

Yea, I actually needed the triple, and I already have the ice premiere patch, so this one is actually already being dealt. They originally offered a Messier/Gretzky signature patch /35 but I said I didn't want a Rangers card, so they upgraded to the shadowbox.
I fought for the plate actually just to at least get a 1/1 in the deal since it was a 1/1 being replaced.
Overall, I can't complain about value. Just disappointed since back then the rookies only got 1 auto shield in the cup and I thought I had Girouxs locked up.
