Printing Shipping Labels Question

Ok so I sold some things on ebay and have never printed shipping labels but want to start becaues it's cheaper I've found out. The one question I have is on the weight. Is it better to choose I have ounces to be safe than sorry or do you have to be exact?

Well when I choose the first class option, it says I can go up to 13 ounces before it's extra.

If you are shipping with a bubble mailer "000" the 3 ounce price is I think $1.68 with a dc# included. Price goes up from here. It is a large package price.

Ya, choose first class and up to 0.01 to 3.0 ounces is the same price. I always choose the 3 ounces regardless as long as its 3.0 ounces or less.

I would just be accurate with it. You can have everything in the package before you seal it and weigh it. But if it's the same thing everytime then you will know like the others said above.
